✴︎Norimaki Course:*

Each guest will prepare their own tamagoyaki and then create Norimaki using a variety of ingredients provided. The demonstration will include making tempura and three kinds of side dishes.

Bento Box Course:*

Guests will cook their own tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), prepare a meat dish, and make onigiri (rice balls). A demonstration of a fish dish will also be provided. All dishes, along with three side dishes, will be packed into a bento box.

Guests will bake two kinds of bread (melon pan and anpan), make wagashi, enjoy a salad, and have coffee or tea.
